The IMX662-AAQR-C is a Sony CMOS solid-state color image sensor with a 6.45 mm diagonal, corresponding to a 1/2.8 inch optical format. It provides 1965 x 1113 effective pixels for approximately 2 MP resolution in a 16:9 aspect ratio, built on a 2.9 um pixel pitch. The IMX662-AAQR-C outputs over a MIPI CSI-2 interface at frame rates up to 90 fps with a 74.25 MHz maximum clock, and supports a variable-speed shutter. It is supplied in a 114-pin LGA surface-mount package and operates from supplies between 1.1 V and 3.3 V.
