The RK73H2BTTD3000F is a KOA Speer thick film chip resistor with a 300 ohm value, 1% tolerance and a 250mW (1/4W) power rating in a 1206 imperial (3216 metric) case. It carries a 100ppm/C temperature coefficient, a 200V working and rated DC voltage, and AEC-Q200 qualification for automotive use. Thick film construction screens a resistive paste onto a ceramic substrate and laser-trims it to value, which is what makes this technology the volume standard for general-purpose surface-mount resistors. The part is rated over an unusually wide -55C to +155C range, is lead free and RoHS compliant, and is flagged REACH SVHC yes and China RoHS non-compliant.
AEC-Q200 thick film resistors in the 1206 case are used for current limiting, biasing, pull-ups and pull-downs, gate-drive series damping and feedback dividers on boards that must survive automotive thermal cycling.
