Using 144-Layer 3D TLC NAND, it delivers sequential reads up to 6700MB/s and writes up to 3600MB/s, with 1000K random read IOPS and 341K random write IOPS. It is rated for 3 DWPD endurance and a 2 million hour MTBF.
