The San Disk SDINBDV4-32G is a 32 GB iNAND MC EM141 embedded flash drive built to the e.MMC 5.1 specification, supplied in a 153-ball FBGA package. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply at frequencies up to 200 MHz and carries C10 and U1 speed class ratings. The SDINBDV4-32G is part of San Disk's Industrial series and is rated for -25°C to 85°C surface-mount operation.
eMMC is managed NAND: the flash array and its controller sit in one package, so the host sees a simple block device and does not have to implement wear levelling, bad-block management, or error correction in its own firmware. That is why eMMC is the default onboard storage for embedded systems that need a filesystem rather than raw flash. A 32 GB industrial-grade device typically holds the operating system, application software, media assets, and persistent data in automotive infotainment, industrial HMIs and controllers, networking equipment, digital signage, medical devices, and point-of-sale terminals. Embedded OEMs and ODMs specify industrial-series parts for the wider temperature range and longer supply commitment than consumer equivalents.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
