The TH58TFG9W23BAMC is a Kioxia 512Gb raw NAND flash memory, equivalent to 64GB, supplied in a 132-ball BGA package. It operates from a 2.7V to 3.6V supply and is rated for the -40C to +85C industrial temperature range. Raw NAND is unmanaged: it exposes the flash array directly, so wear leveling, bad-block management and ECC are handled by an external controller or by the host, unlike a managed device such as eMMC or UFS. That gives designers full control over the flash management policy at the cost of implementing it themselves.
