The SDINBDI4-64G is a 64GB San Disk iNAND MC EM151 embedded flash drive in a 153-ball FBGA package. eMMC is managed NAND: the flash array and its controller, including wear levelling, bad-block management and ECC, are integrated in one package behind a standard e.MMC 5.1 host interface, so the host does not need its own flash management stack. The device clocks to 200M Hz, runs from 2.7V to 3.6V, and carries an Industrial series designation with a -25C to 85C operating range.
Embedded eMMC is the default boot and local-storage device for systems that need solid-state storage without the board area, connector, or host-side flash management of a removable card or SSD. A 64GB industrial-grade part such as the SDINBDI4-64G typically holds the operating system, application image, and logged data in automotive head units and telematics boxes, industrial HMIs and gateways, medical instruments, digital signage, and networking appliances. The -25C to 85C rating and Industrial designation are what push OEMs toward this part instead of a consumer-grade eMMC.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
