The IMX676-AACR1-C is a CMOS solid-state color image sensor from Sony with a 10.04mm diagonal. It has an effective pixel array of 3552 x 3556 in a 1:1 aspect ratio for 12.5MP resolution on a 1/1.6 image size, with a 2µm pixel size, and it runs to 60fps. The sensor uses a MIPI CSI-2 interface, runs to a 74.25M Hz maximum frequency, and operates across supply voltages from 1.1V to 3.3V. The IMX676-AACR1-C is supplied in a 132-pin LGA surface-mount package.
A square 1:1 sensor with a large 2µm pixel on a 1/1.6 optical format is aimed at applications that need light-gathering ability and a full square field rather than a video aspect ratio, most commonly professional and network security cameras where a square frame maps well to corridor and overhead views. The MIPI CSI-2 interface is the standard link to camera So Cs and ISPs, and 60fps at 12.5MP supports smooth motion capture and analytics. Typical buyers are security and surveillance camera manufacturers, machine vision and industrial inspection integrators, and embedded camera module vendors.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
