The Taiyo Yuden AMK063AC6105MP-F is a 1 uF, 4 V multilayer Ceramic Capacitor with 20% tolerance in an 0201 case, one of the smallest surface-mount chip sizes in volume production. The chip measures roughly 0.55 to 0.65 mm long by 0.25 to 0.35 mm wide with a maximum 0.35 mm thickness.
