The NVIDIA (Mellanox) MMS1V70-CM is a 100GbE QSFP28 single-mode optical transceiver module using 100GBASE-DR1 with NRZ modulation. It transmits at 1310nm over a duplex LC connector for reaches up to 500m and dissipates 4.5W from a 3.3V supply.
This DR1 transceiver is used for 100GbE single-mode links in data-center and campus networks that need reach beyond copper or multimode. It is deployed by network operators building QSFP28 switch and NIC connectivity over duplex single-mode fiber.
