The Nanya NT5CC64M16GP-DII is a 1 Gb DDR3L SDRAM device supplied in a 96-ball BGA package for surface mount. It operates from a low-voltage 1.283 V to 1.45 V supply and runs synchronously with the host memory controller. NT5CC64M16GP-DII uses the DDR3L memory technology.

DDR3L is the low-voltage variant of DDR3 SDRAM, operating from a reduced supply so it dissipates less power than standard 1.5 V DDR3 while remaining interface compatible in designs that support it. Supplied as a discrete 96-ball BGA rather than a module, the NT5CC64M16GP-DII is soldered next to a processor or SoC in cost- and space-sensitive designs. At 1 Gb it is aimed at embedded systems with modest memory needs and long production lifetimes: industrial controllers and gateways, networking equipment, set-top boxes and digital signage, printers, point-of-sale terminals and medical devices. Buyers are typically embedded designers and ODMs maintaining mature platforms, where a DDR3L component remains the specified memory long after newer generations ship.

Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
