The Alpha & Omega Semiconductor AO6604 is a dual MOSFET combining an N-channel and a P-channel transistor in a 6-pin TSOP surface-mount package. It is rated for a 20V drain-to-source voltage with drain currents of 3.4A and 2.5A, and a 60mΩ maximum on-resistance. The device dissipates up to 1.1W and operates from -55°C to 150°C.
The AO6604 is used for load switching, power management, and small half-bridge or level-shifting circuits in low-voltage systems. Combining complementary MOSFETs in one TSOP package saves board space in portable devices, consumer electronics, and computing peripherals. It is used by design engineers and contract manufacturers building compact power circuits.
