The TDK ICM-42688-P is a 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) combining a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope. It operates from a 1.71V to 3.6V supply across a -40°C to 85°C range in a compact 2.5mm x 3mm, 14-terminal surface-mount package.
This IMU is used for motion tracking, orientation sensing, and stabilization in drones, robotics, wearables, gaming controllers, and industrial equipment. Its small size and low supply range suit designers adding motion sensing to space- and power-constrained products.
