The MPQ3367GR-AEC1-Z is a Monolithic Power Systems boost WLED driver with six output channels, listed at up to 150mA per channel with a 15000:1 dimming ratio and I2C control. It operates from a 3.5V to 36V supply and draws a nominal 5mA. The MPQ3367GR-AEC1-Z is supplied in a 24-pin QFN package rated from -40C to 125C, with a 125C maximum junction temperature and 2.97W maximum power dissipation.

Multi-channel boost WLED drivers supply the backlight in LCD panels, where several parallel LED strings must be current-matched and dimmed together. The wide 3.5V to 36V input and 125C rating suit automotive centre-stack displays, instrument clusters and head-up displays, as well as industrial panel PCs. I2C control allows the host to set brightness and read fault status, which display module makers and automotive tier-one suppliers use for diagnostics and ambient-light dimming.

Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
