The Diodes Inc. PAM2841GR is a PAM2841 Series boost white LED driver in an 8-pin DFN surface-mount package. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input, switches at 1 megahertz, and supports output voltages up to 40V and output current up to 1.5A. Dimming is available through analog or PWM control, and the device is rated for -40°C to 85°C.
The PAM2841GR is used to drive white LED strings from low-voltage supplies such as 5V rails or lithium battery inputs.
