It includes 8kB of embedded RAM, operates at up to 127.2M Hz, and is rated for -40C to +85C industrial operation. It targets low-cost control and bridging applications.
This MachXO3 FPGA is used for I/O expansion, interface bridging, control-plane logic, and glue logic in industrial, communications, and consumer designs.
