The Analog Devices LTM4622EY#PBF is a dual-output step-down u Module DC/DC regulator delivering 2.5A per output with adjustable outputs from 0.6V to 5.5V from a 3.6V to 20V input. It is supplied in a compact 25-ball BGA package, switches at 1M Hz, and includes overcurrent, overtemperature, and overvoltage protection over the -40C to +125C range.
This integrated power module is used to generate point-of-load rails for FPGAs, processors, memory, and I/O in networking, industrial, and communications boards. Its complete u Module design (with integrated inductor) simplifies power-supply layout and shrinks board area for dense, multi-rail systems.
