It features 1 mV input offset voltage, 25 nA input bias current, a 1.3 us response time, and a low 2 mA nominal supply current. The device operates from supplies up to 36 V over a 0 to 70 degrees C range.
The LM339MX/NOPB is used where four independent voltage comparisons are needed in a single package, driving TTL-compatible outputs. Its wide supply range and low current suit threshold detection, level monitoring, and window comparators in industrial and consumer systems.
