The Texas Instruments TMS320F28335PGFA is a C2000 32-bit real-time microcontroller running at 150 MHz (150 MIPS) with a floating-point unit. It integrates 512KB of flash, 68KB of RAM, a 16-channel 12-bit ADC, PWM, and CAN/SPI/I2C/SCI interfaces in a 176-pin LQFP package rated for -40°C to +85°C.
C2000 real-time MCUs are used for digital control of power electronics, motor drives, and inverters where fast control loops and PWM are essential. Designers use them in solar inverters, industrial motor control, and digital power supplies.
