The TPS65150RGER is a universal, compact LCD bias power supply from Texas Instruments with an integrated VCOM buffer. It uses a boost topology, provides three outputs from a 1.8V to 6V input, and is supplied in a 24-pin VQFN package. The lead-free, RoHS-compliant device is in active production and rated for -40 degrees C to 85 degrees C operation.
The TPS65150RGER is used to generate the multiple bias voltages required by TFT-LCD panels, including the VCOM reference. Its integrated multi-rail design simplifies display power in industrial, consumer, and automotive LCD modules. Display and hardware designers use LCD bias supplies like this to drive panel source and gate voltages.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
