The Texas Instruments LM73100RPWR is a power distribution switch and load driver that operates across a 2.7V to 23V supply range and is rated for 5.5A. A power distribution switch sits between a supply rail and a downstream load, providing controlled turn-on, inrush limiting, and a means to isolate a fault without dropping the whole rail.
