The Texas Instruments ISO1050DUBR is a galvanically isolated CAN transceiver that integrates a CAN bus driver and receiver with a digital isolation barrier. It runs from a 5 V supply, signals at up to 1 Mbps, and comes in an 8-pin SOP package rated -55 to 105 C. The ISO1050DUBR is a production, RoHS-compliant part supplied on tape and reel.
