The ADUM1250ARZ-RL7 from Analog Devices is a general-purpose digital isolator in the ADUM1250 series with 2 bidirectional channels and 1 input line. A digital isolator carries logic signals across an insulating barrier so that the two sides can sit at different ground potentials without a conductive path between them. The ADUM1250ARZ-RL7 supports a 1Mbps data rate with a 150ns propagation delay and 85ns pulse width distortion, operates at 5V across a 3V to 5.5V range at 5mA supply current, and does not provide isolated power. It is supplied in an 8-pin SOIC N surface-mount package, rated for -40°C to 105°C, RoHS compliant, in tape and reel at 1, 000 per package.
