The Texas Instruments TPD4E001DRLR is a unidirectional ESD suppressor diode array in a 6-pin SOT-563 package. It has a listed clamping voltage of 17V and is rated for -40C to 85C operation. The TPD4E001DRLR measures 1.6mm x 1.2mm at 600um height, is lead-free and RoHS compliant, and ships on tape and reel.
ESD protection arrays are placed directly at connectors and exposed interfaces to shunt electrostatic discharge energy to ground before it reaches a controller or transceiver.
