The Texas Instruments LMT87QDCKRQ1 is an automotive-qualified (Q1) analog-output temperature sensor covering a -50C to 150C range. It operates from a supply as low as 2.7V and draws only 5.4µA nominal, providing an analog voltage proportional to temperature. The LMT87QDCKRQ1 comes in a compact 5-pin SC-70 surface-mount package.
This sensor is used for temperature monitoring and thermal protection in automotive and industrial electronics that need a simple analog readout. Its low supply current and wide temperature span fit battery-powered and always-on subsystems such as ECUs, power modules, and appliances. The automotive Q1 grade makes it appropriate for under-hood and cabin thermal management circuits.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
