The Texas Instruments TXB0104RUTR is a 4-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator in a 12-pin UQFN package measuring 2.0 mm x 1.7 mm. It bridges two supply domains, with the A-side operating from 1.2 V and the B-side supported up to 5.5 V, and requires no direction-control pin. Propagation delay is 4 ns and the device operates from -40 C to +85 C. The part is RoHS compliant, lead free, halogen free, ELV compliant, MSL 1 rated, and supplied on tape and reel in quantities of 3, 000.

The TXB0104RUTR is used to interface digital signals between chips running on different supply rails, for example a 1.8 V SoC talking to 3.3 V sensors or a 5 V peripheral.
