The Winbond W9812G6KH-6I is a 128Mb SDR SDRAM with a 16-bit data bus in a 54-pin TSOP package. It operates at up to 166M Hz from a 3.3V supply (3V to 3.6V) over a parallel synchronous interface. This is the industrial-temperature version, rated -40C to 85C. The W9812G6KH-6I is RoHS compliant and supplied in tray packaging.
A 128Mb SDR SDRAM is used for firmware working memory, frame buffers and packet buffers in cost-sensitive embedded designs.
