The CAT24C32WI-GT3 is an onsemi 32Kb serial EEPROM organized as 4K x 8 (4, 096 words), accessed over a two-wire I2C interface and supplied in an 8-pin SOIC package. It operates across a wide 1.7V to 5.5V supply range, which lets one part serve 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V systems without a level shifter, and it draws 2mA with a 3.5us access time.
